    Submissions Policy (including copyright) as it is presented to those submitting: The work you submit must be original and your own work, and you must hold the copyright. Your work must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third parties. Plagiarism of any kind will not be tolerated. You retain the copyright to your work. All submissions are available to be submitted to other publications/competitions at any time, unless otherwise stated. By submitting your work you consent to Her Heart Poetry publishing your work online, and in print and press. This includes, but is not limited to: herheartpoetry.com and all associated social media platforms. Credit will be given where possible. Your work will not be sold elsewhere without your consent. You can request removal of your work from this website and social media accounts at any time by emailing submissions@herheartpoetry.com and giving your details. All submissions are done so free of charge, and no payments will be made. However, where practicable, Her Heart Poetry will make a copy of any anthology available to successful authors/artists at no charge. Her Heart Poetry does not charge for general submissions to Instagram. Entry Fees are charged for The Annual and the New Heart Beats poetry competitions.  An administration fee is charged for The Poets Canvas. Fees will be clearly stated. Any submission which is published to the Literary Magazine (Zine) or any anthology can be included as a publication credit in the author or artists portfolio. The author/artist shall indemnify Her Heart Poetry against any and all losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses incurred by Her Heart Poetry (including legal expenses) arising out of or connected with any claim by a third party against Her Heart Poetry in relation to his, her or their work or works. Her Heart Poetry is committed to the creation of safe spaces for all members. We actively advocate for tolerance and inclusion of all regardless of gender identity, ethnicity, sexuality or religious or political affiliation. Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated in the Community or in submissions, and Her Heart Poetry reserves the right to block members and decline submissions on this basis. Selection of successful submissions is done at the sole discretion of Her Heart Poetry and no correspondence will be entered into.
