Submit your essays to The Hudson Review! Our reading period is open from January 1 to March 31.

  • NO ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS! Please mail your manuscript to us at 33 W. 67th St, New York, NY 10023 with a self-addressed stamped envelope enclosed. If you are submitting internationally, please contact us.
  • 10,000 word limit
  • No simultaneous submissions
  • No previously published work
  • POSTMARK (but need not arrive) by March 31

Please note that as we take great care in considering submissions, a decision may take up to six months.
