Regular poetry submission period now open!

We are open for poetry submissions from April 1 to June 30, 2026. Authors of all ages, races, genders, nationalities and publication history are encouraged to send us their work.
 
• Submit up to seven poems; it is very helpful to us if you make a selection of your best work.
• We consider both US and international submissions.
• Translations are welcome.
• We do not consider simultaneous submissions.
• We do not consider work that has already been published elsewhere or that is due to appear in the near future.
• Please submit your work by mail with a self-addressed stamped envelope to 33 W. 67th St, New York, NY 10023 (postmark, but need not arrive, by November 30). If you are submitting from outside the US, or sending by mail otherwise poses an undue burden, please contact us at [email protected] for alternative instructions.
• We do not consider work created with AI.
 
Please note that as we take great care in considering submissions, a decision may take up to six months.
