Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
128 Lit is a print and online literary magazine based in New York City that has an international focus. The mission of 128 Lit is to evoke what hasn’t been evoked. This is a re-orienting place that confronts and disrupts subjugating aesthetics and narratives. We’re committed to publishing poetry, fiction, essays, hybrid works, and art that startle and move. We want the pages to happen to the reader and viewer.
