Join CLMP on June 20 at 4 pm ET for a webinar on accessibility best practices for literary publishers.

Led by Steve Kuusisto, co-editor of Nine Mile magazine and professor of disability studies at Syracuse University, this event will help literary magazines and presses understand how to make their websites and publications inclusive and accessible to readers and writers with disabilities. The presentation will be followed by time for Q&A.

Stephen Kuusisto is the co-editor of Nine Mile magazine and the author of the memoirs Have Dog, Will Travel; Planet of the Blind (a New York Times “Notable Book of the Year”); and Eavesdropping: A Memoir of Blindness and Listening and of the poetry collections Only Bread, Only Light and Letters to Borges. A graduate of the Iowa Writer’s Workshop and a Fulbright Scholar, he has taught at the University of Iowa, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and Ohio State University. He currently teaches at Syracuse University where he holds a University Professorship in Disability Studies.
