ISSUE 1 features: Cursing band.
We want to see new poems from scratch, no previously published work. Create up to THREE new poems inspired by just ONE of their song releases—we recommend going out to YouTube and Spotify, etc. It cannot be a cover song. Again, send up to three inspired poems, but focus on just the featured artist of our print call and ONE song for the overall entry. The poems can be of any style but should fit 6×9-sized paper, and each poem should fit a single page (again, read our general site sub guidelines carefully). If you submit three poems and your submission makes it to the final round and gets an acceptance, we’ll choose only one of the three. Cover letters will be concealed from the reading team. Deadline is subject to be extended if we do not hit our max capacity for the issue.
