Call For Submissions
Submissions are now open for the inaugural issue of The Dolomite Review. The theme is new beginnings and firsts—first steps, first frost, first love, first loss. The first time you left home. The first time you returned. We’re drawn to beginnings that don’t announce themselves—the quiet shifts before or after a turning point, the kind that only feel like a “first” in hindsight.
We are especially interested in short stories, flash fiction, poetry and first-person essays. This theme is a starting point, not a boundary. Interpret it freely. Surprise us. We’re seeking compelling storytelling and voices we’ll want to return to again and again. If that sounds like you, we’d love to read your work. Submit to Submit |The Dolomite Review
