Submissions Policy
At the moment, anyone can submit 1-5 poems and/or a short story or creative nonfiction piece of 12 pages or less without charge via Submittable between September 1-May 1. We welcome simultaneous submissions for the magazine, except in the case of the annual contest. We do charge a $15 fee to enter 1-3 poems in that contest, which has a $500 first prize, $200 second prize and $100 third prize. We invite a new judge each year, This year our judge is Abby Murray, author of Hail and Farewell (Perugia), editor of the journal Collateral.
