Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
We are an annual journal born in South Central Los Angeles established in 2015. We seek to publish the best in Black and Brown voices including poetry, fiction, and nonfiction. We showcase artists in the local Los Angeles area and beyond by publishing their pieces and featuring them in interviews. We also publish book reviews and interviews with authors.
