Volney Road Review is a biannual literary magazine based in Youngstown, OH. Our publication is dedicated to both Youngstown’s great Volney Rodgers, whose actions led to the creation of Mill Creek Park, and Volney Road, the historical neighborhood, whose landscape contains Youngstownian hidden gems. Our mission is to provide a platform to the unpublished gems that are hidden within the repositories of established and emerging authors.
