Offered each fall and spring, this semester-long initiative supports CLMP Members by providing additional benefits for their internship and student programs. Participants have the opportunity to network with a national cohort of other interns and student workers, receive mentorship from CLMP staff, and attend skill-building sessions on independent publishing.
CLMP Student/Intern Group benefits also include
- A series of monthly meetups with facilitated conversations and professional advice about working in the literary field
- A moderated Google Group where participants may post questions, engage in moderated discussions, share resources, and connect with one another
- Best-practices resources about working at literary magazines and presses
- Invitations to CLMP Events
Registration for the fall cohort opens in September of each year. Registration for the spring cohort opens in January of each year. The deadline to join the spring 2024 cohort was January 25, 2024.
