Call For Submissions
- Veliz Books reading period: March 5th – May 5th of each year.
- Veliz Books accepts full-length manuscripts: poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and books in translation from Spanish, Portuguese, Portuñol, and Galician.
- Poetry manuscripts should be between 50-80 pages long.
- Fiction and Creative Nonfiction manuscripts should be between 100-250 pages.
- Translation manuscripts should include the original and translation.
- Selected manuscripts receive a contract, $500, publication, and author copies.
