With the beginning of the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine, a number of urgent questions arose before Ukrainians. We understood that being alone with our thoughts can be
frightening at times, and that discussing important issues is necessary. These questions related to virtually every sphere of human life. Loneliness doesn't make a person strong; loneliness makes a person unhappy. That's
why we chose the path of courage: to discuss painful topics using simple words. And so, the idea of creating a modern legal journal emerged, where societal issues would be discussed, and the experiences of other countries in resolving various situations would be explored. The main goal of the journal is to promote the publication of creative and scientific works of students and young scholars in the field of law, to exchange experiences
