Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
We are a literary journal that aims to create a space where queer writers aren’t put into boxes or held to different standards than their peers because of the content they choose to send out into the world. We also strive to celebrate authors who have not published full-length collections in an effort to support the careers of those with fresh voices. Our goal as a literary journal is to put poetry out into the world that allows readers to feel powerful but calm, infinite but grounded, and raw but connected. Because we want to be an inclusive facet of the writing community, we are looking for poems that are sensitive to those around them while being radical in thought.
