Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
I started Dead Fern Press to give both new and established writers a welcoming platform to share their voices. I often found that when looking for journals to place my own work, my pieces often didn't fit and I couldn't find somewhere I felt comfortable with them being. Dead Fern is a journal I am so proud of because it features amazing work from talented poets and authors where they are unabashedly themselves.
