Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
Established in 2019, Mulberry Literary is an online literary and art magazine dedicated to showcasing boundless creative work in its every form. We publish art and lit that’s sweet, tart, and everything in between so long as it stays with you. We aim to provide a longstanding, international platform that is inclusive to all creative work, regardless of style, genre, or medium. We take the utmost pride in our maximalistic and eclectic leanings and believe that less is not always more. Quite simply, we are a magazine without a niche, without a theme, just a goal to showcase the immense talent of our contributors.

Submissions Policy
Mulberry accepts all creative media—from prose, flash, poetry, script, and comics, to film, music, visual art, dance, and everything in-between. Cross-genre, experimental, and hybrid work are always welcome, as well as excerpts of longer pieces. We accept work from everyone who wishes to submit, but we particularly encourage work from LGBTQIA+, gender expansive creators, and BIPoC voices. If you’re a creative writing undergraduate, graduate student, or member of creative writing faculty at a college/university, we’d love to hear from you. As ever, international submissions and submissions of translated work are welcome. We look forward to seeing your best work!
