Rare Swan Press currently is focussed on special project publishing. While we maintain an open submission policy the number of acceptances is relatively low. Please keep in mind this is a small press and we are committed fully to projects we do accept for publication. We publish Literati Magazine which is undergoing full revision to feature artistic and literary portfolios. Currently Rare Swan Press is hosting the inaugurial biennial Kari Ann Flickinger Memorial Literary Prize, which for 2023 is looking for poetry chapbook submissions.
