I look for diversity which is reflected through publishing a variety of genres and styles.
What Advice Do You Have For First-time Submitters?
If your work gets rejected, it usually has nothing to do with your writing. Editors need to think about space, flow of publication and if the pieces reflect the vision of the publication. Don't take rejections personally and keep submitting.
