Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
RCCE will publish a quarterly journal focused on the arts and culture in cities not named New York, Washington, and San Francisco. We wish to present the argument that "flyover country" and the Rust Belt have a great deal of literary, intellectual, and cultural firepower already. This is not meant as a taunt; it is simply to expose and publish new, diverse voices from the non-traditional centers of literature, politics, and technology.
