Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
Trnsfr started as a print literary journal in 2009. After releasing our first full-length book title in 2016 as an imprint of a larger independent press, Trnsfr became a fully autonomous publisher in 2018. Trnsfr now publishes two full-length books a year, in July and November, and an annual journal, in March, showcasing experimental poetry, prose, and art. We are dedicated to bringing innovative and underrepresented voices to a wider audience in well-made, handsomely designed editions.
