Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
Watershed Review is the online literary publication at California State University, Chico. Housed in the English department, our magazine is produced by student editors seeking hands-on experience in literary editing and publishing. Our mission is to publish literature and visual art that illustrates diversity in thought and experience, and an awareness of literary tradition in conversation with the shifting edges of genre. Two times a year, we aim to publish both known and emerging authors side-by-side, featuring poetry, nonfiction, fiction, and art.
