Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
Our mission is to unlock the creative potential within every individual through the power of writing. We believe that writing, especially when nurtured within a supportive community, is a transformative tool that can help us lead more meaningful lives, foster deeper connections, and contribute to the pursuit of 'Creative Health.' Through our daily Writers' Hour sessions, we provide a welcoming home for writers across the globe to develop a consistent writing practice, refine their craft, and build a creative life surrounded by like-minded individuals. Over the past four years, our Writers' Hour—a free, hour-long virtual writing session held four times every weekday—has become a vibrant space for over 30,000 writers worldwide. As we expand our mission, we are excited to launch a new publication and a series of writing competitions designed to celebrate and support writers at all levels. These competitions offer opportunities to hone one’s craft, gain recognition, and win cash prizes in a fun, inclusive, and low-pressure environment. Our competition will be open to all levels of experience and writers working in all genres.
