Thanks for registering your table for the 2017 READ & FEED Bookfair at Hudson Basilica on July 23, 2017, from noon – 5PM in Hudson, NY.

Please plan to arrive between 11 and 11:45AM to setup.

NB: All venders commit to remaining set up for the entire Festival (noon to 5PM). You may load out after the event, at 5PM that evening. Volunteers will be available to relieve you during the event if you’re in need of a quick break.

Directions to Basilica Hudson. Basilica Hudson is located just across from the Hudson Amtrak station.

NYSCA NYTAP Travel Grants

CLMP provides modest travel stipends to assist New York State nonprofit literary publishers in taking advantage of professional development opportunities within New York State, such as attending the annual Facing Pages LitNYS (formerly LitTap) Convening and the Brooklyn Book Festival. Travel Grants are awarded on a first-come, first served basis to eligible applicants. Requests may be made for travel that takes place during 2023. To apply, please complete and submit the form below.

 

NYSCA NYTAP 2023 Travel Grant Application

    If no, you are not eligible for a NYSCA NYTAP Travel Grant.
  • NOTE: Only organizations incorporated in NYS may apply. Organizations without 501(c)3 status may apply using a NYS fiscal sponsor.
  • You do not need to include a full travel budget, only the cost of the item or items for which reimbursement is being requested. For example, if you will be taking a train to a conference and staying in a hotel, but the requested amount will go toward only one of those budget items, include only the cost of that one item.
  • You may request up to $500 toward your travel.
  • Please briefly describe the purpose of your intended travel, noting exactly how funds will be used. NOTE: If your application is approved, you must submit a copy of travel receipts (pdf, jpeg attachment) via email to [email protected]. Travel Grants will only be disbursed upon satisfactory submission of receipts.
