This free public event, held across Washington Square Park from the Indie Lit Fair, will feature memoirist Grace Cho (Tastes Like War, published by Feminist Press); poets Malik Abduh (All the Stars Aflame, published by Get Fresh Books), Moyna Pam Dick (I am writing you from afar, published by Black Sun Lit), Ghinwa Jawhari (BINT, published by Radix Media), and Jiwon Choi (I USED TO BE KOREAN, published by Hanging Loose Press); poet and translator Urayoán Noel (no budu please by Wingston González, translated by Noel, published by Ugly Duckling Presse); novelist Jai Chakrabarti (A Small Sacrifice for an Enormous Happiness; Emerging Writer Fellow, A Public Space); and short story writer William Pei Shih (“Heisenberg,” published by Carve Magazine).
