Join LitNet for an information session about the Poetry Foundation’s Grants Program. In December 2021, the Poetry Foundation announced that it will launch a new grants program in summer 2022. The foundation has committed $9 million over the first three years to support nonprofit literary arts organizations, including presses and publications. As the Poetry Foundation develops the guidelines and requirements for the grants program, which have been informed by conversations and feedback from its partners, the foundation wants to preview the program with the literary arts community to get additional feedback before its go-live date in late-August. Literary organizations, magazines, and presses are welcome to join this event on June 22 at 2 pm ET to share feedback on how the foundation can best serve the community through this new initiative.
