Laura Cogan served as editor and executive director at ZYZZYVA from 2011 to 2023, having previously worked as the magazine’s managing editor. This past year, she passed the torch on to Oscar Villalon, the magazine’s new editor and only the third editor in ZYZZYVA‘s history. In this CLMP webinar, Cogan will share her experiences with leadership transitions and offer advice on how to prepare for succession scenarios. The presentation will be followed by time for Q&A.
