We are committed to highlighting new voices from the Philippine diaspora – Filipinos and those with Filipino heritage, or writing about topics of the Philippines are welcome to submit.
We’re seeking under-represented voices in fiction.
If you have not yet published in print, we’d love to see your work!

- Submissions are open until
- May 30, 2026 for Volume 1, Galleon Dreaming
- Each anthology includes work from 10-15 authors.
- The print editions will be up to 150 pages with joint publication in the Philippines and the USA.
- All books will be released in limited print runs, with an option for audiobook format and e-book.
- We pay for accepted authors at $.07/word for the first right of publication.

General Requirements
All submissions must be original work that has not been previously published elsewhere, either in print or online such as on a blog, forum, or personal website.
We accept simultaneous submissions, but please notify us immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere.
What we’re seeking
We welcome submissions in the following categories:
Fiction: Short stories up to a maximum of 7,000 words (approximately 15 single-spaced pages) in the following genres: historical fiction, magical realism, fantasy, science fiction, horror, adventure, mystery.
Poetry: Up to 5 poems per submission
Artwork: Submit a link or attachment. If selected, we will coordinate to license your print-ready version.
Formatting Guidelines
Please format your submission as follows:
Story and Poetry Submissions:
Use a standard font (Times New Roman, Arial, or Calibri) in 12-point size
Double-space all text
Include page numbers
If requested for submission, we will ask for your document in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format
Name your file: LastName_FirstName_Title_.pdf
E-mail or use the form.
Cover Letter
Include a brief cover letter with your submission containing:
Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
Short bio in third-person (up to 250 words)
The title and genre of your submission
Any relevant publication credits
Please upload this separately from your main submission.

Rights
The publisher acquires first publication rights.
All other rights revert to the author after publication.
Authors are free to republish their work elsewhere after publication date, with credit to:

What Not to Submit
Please do not submit:
Work without a connection to the culture, heritage, language, or community of the Philippines or Filipino diaspora

Work that requires more than copyediting
