Open Reading Period – Manuscripts and Chapbooks

Gnashing Teeth Publishing accepts submissions of full-length and chapbook manuscripts. We are looking for poetry, flash fiction, short story collections, or hybrids.  We will be accepting at least two (2) full-length manuscripts and two (2) chapbooks. We are looking for poetry, short fiction collections, or “something interesting”. Look through our previous releases to get a feel for what we like. Please read the guidelines before submitting. Use the Submission Form on the website. Submissions sent to our email will be deleted without comment. We are currently reading for our 2027 Calendar.

There is a reading fee for all submissions. Manuscripts are $23 and Chapbooks are $18.  There are a limited number of fee waivers remaining.
