We don't take ourselves too seriously on deck here, but we are only interested in quality work!
We are looking for your best poems. We are open to all forms, but free verse is our favorite.
We are an all-inclusive magazine and feel strongly that everyone has a voice and should be free to express it. That said, absolutely no hate poetry. Stuff like that gets tossed overboard immediately.
Our favorite poetic styles are heavy on images while being shorter on words,. We publish a broad range of styles, but are more inclined to publish work that leans toward confessional,, melancholia, horror, etc.
