Hobby Horse Press accepts original, novella-length submissions of literary writing that can fit in your pocket. We are not persnickety about page count! We consider novella-length to be about 80 – 120 pages, or 20,000 to 30,000 words. Hobby Horse is seeking fiction, poetry, and memoir/nonfiction, as well as comics/ graphic novels. We are flexible around form, and excited to experiment and collaborate with different kinds of submissions! If it'll fit in your pocket, we'll give it a read!
