The mission of Nido Poets is to create spaces where women of color writers can connect through poetry. We create these spaces in our workshops, special events, and our Nido Poetry Journal. We exist to create community, connection, and understanding for diverse women of color where we can freely express ourselves, our experiences, and our poems in an accepting and affirming space.
