Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
No Contact is an online literary magazine that publishes fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and art. Founded in 2020 by quarantined Columbia University MFA writers, we strive to put our inside voices on the page, and write what’s integral to our daily experience. At No Contact, we handle work as we’d want our own work to be handled — with great care in editing, presentation, and promotion. We create custom artwork for each piece, and assemble each issue with an eye for cohesion. We publish seasoned veterans and debut writers side-by-side.

Submissions Policy
No Contact considers works of fiction, poetry, CNF, visual art, and any intersections therein, with a limit of 1200 words. Our submissions are rolling, and while we usually stay open, we may close submissions to focus on a significant backlog. We tend to focus on work that looks inward, or presents an interior perspective, but we do not have any strict thematic guidelines (unless specified in a temporary call).
