Plane Tree is a biannual online journal based at Indiana State University and run by faculty and students in creative writing. Formerly known as Grasslands Review, Plane Tree is a reimagining of the print journal in an online space. We are excited to move to a fully digital platform with the opportunities to publish innovative work that may not be possible in print. Genre work is more than welcome and encouraged. Wow us with whimsy, reimagine the familiar, introduce us to the strange.
