Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
Punkworx seeks great work from emerging and established writers and artists for its tandem publications: OBELUS Journal and HiddenChapter. The overall vision of Punkworx is to create a reading experience that is enhanced by the sum of its parts, where readers will always be surprised and delighted (and maybe a little bit unnerved). We are keenly interested in work sometimes considered "outsider," as well as work produced by such voices. Our mission is to provide a platform for the proliferation of diversity by publishing from a pure cross section of human experience. Punkworx is inclusive. We seek to amplify voices from the edge and to boost the endeavors of disparate writers everywhere.
