Mission Statement / Editorial Focus
The Ginsberg Review offers a new framework for the drafting and submission process; one that supports young writers in refining their skills while making transparent the editorial standards of journal publication. After submitting a successful pitch, authors are paired with a mentor supports them to develop a strategy for their creative vision. This mentor remains central through the drafting process, offering advice and feedback, and helping writers refine their work towards its potential. At The Ginsberg Review, reader engagement and writer education are inseparable - and both are central to our mission. Good writers make good writing, so we aim to capture the enthusiasm of emerging authors and work in with them as they forge their niche in the literary landscape.

Submissions Policy
Writers submit to our pitch page for consideration. Successful pitches will be allocated a mentor - from our editorial or academic staff - who will work with writers through the drafting and editing process. Once the mentor is satisfied with the work, the writer can submit the final piece of publication.
