What we're looking for: We are interested in reviews of and essays about English translations of poetry from any language, and welcome reviews of both recent publications and older, overlooked translations. At this time we are not accepting translations of poems. The Transformation Review is a new journal founded by poet-translators devoted to the art and craft of poetry in translation. We believe this genre of work deserves a dedicated home rather than fighting for space in journals covering a wide range of literature. As poet-translators ourselves, we also believe your work deserves a quick response—we aim to reply within two weeks, often sooner.
