It's an opportunity for authors to highlight the work they love. Each year’s publication list is acquired by the authors who were published the year prior—meaning that when a writer signs a contract with the press, they are also agreeing to be an acquisition editor for the next year's publication list—creating a deep-rooted platform of writer-supported literature.
