Waterways: Poetry in the Mainstream is a small press poetry magazine that began in 1979 as a document of waterfront poetry readings by a cohort of 25 NYS poetry presses. Since 1981 it has been designed, edited, printed in house and distributed 11 times a year by Richard Spiegel and Barbara Fisher of Ten Penny Players. Themes and archival issues are posted at tenpennyplayers.org .
