Katherine Serna is an alumna of the University of Rochester, where she majored in English: Creative Writing and Dance: Creative Expression, with a minor in Latin American Studies. She’s worked in the literary arts space in communications and marketing with organizations like Writers & Books and One Story magazine. Her written work can be found in Business Insider, New Absurdist, West Trade Review, Abandon Journal and elsewhere. She currently lives in Washington, D.C., where she works in creative aging.
