Founded in 2014, Shade Mountain Press is a feminist publishing house committed to publishing literature by women, especially women of color, women with disabilities, women from working-class backgrounds, and lesbian/bisexual/queer women. We published two titles in 2014 (short story collection and novel) and 2015 (novel and short story anthology). We're publishing one title in 2016 and 2017, and intend to publish one or two titles per year thereafter.
