Valley Voices retains copyright of the materials (scholarly essays, reviews, and interviews) it publishes, but rights for art, creative writing, and photography revert to authors upon publication. Authors agree to acknowledge Valley Voices in their future book publications.

Valley Voices accepts submissions year round, but does not read manuscripts in summer. Especially welcomes pieces on the Mississippi Delta. Submissions must enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope to guarantee a reply. No previously published material will be accepted. Annual subscription for two issues: $30 for institutions and $20.00 for individuals. For foreign subscriptions add $20 for postage. $10.00 for a sample copy.
